I passed here on my way home at around 11:00pm and really wanted a mango misto, but they were closed, understandable. Then I went down a winding road and flipped my car.Totaled it. Glad I didn’t get any cus i would’ve been covered in it. Still, I really wanted a mango misto that night. Btw I climbed out of my car with no scratches or bruises.

Easy to find, right on Business Rt 30 in Downingtown, Pa.

Rita's is always a wonderful thing to enjoy on a hot summer day or to start out the spring season. I have frequented this location many times. They always have a line, but they keep the line moving quickly. They have a great selection and their service is always with a smile. I tend to bring my dog and love that they have something on the menu for her. The only reason why I am giving this location a 4 star and not a 5 is because their parking lot is small and it is sometime so full you can't get in. Plus the line extends into the parking lot and you have to be careful when cars come in or leave. This has not stopped me from going to get my fix of Rita's though.

Worst parking lot. When it's packed you stand in a line and hope not to get hit by a car.

Great Rita's water ice location....the owner will call you when they make your favorite exotic flavors or sugar free specials ( if needed ) just tell them what you would like and if possible she will try and please !!

I have contacted this Ritas before, and things haven’t changed. They specialize in fruit flavors. They rarely have anything besides that. And even on October 6 we go and there is NO pumpkin water ice at all...do you guys know what season it is?Always the least variety of any Ritas we been to.

Perfect for a hot summer day or any time, always friendly and great selection.

Staff a little slow ...... always a long line .... not worth going half the time because of the wait.... if there is no line or it moved quickly it would be a 5 star review

Personally, I'm not a fan of the "water ice" but my daughter loves it. I am a fan of the custard, so it makes it worth my time to visit. The service here is reasonably fast and the staff is friendly.

Service is pretty fast considering how busy they always are.

Although it can get busy at times, it is totally worth the wait!

I go here with my friends mostly every Saturday, amazingly cheap, and great quality

Love this place and the staff is very nice and helpful! I wish juice pear was more available but hey no complaints!!

I have been working here since I was in high school (14) and it was my first job and now I am a college student still employed here. Overall this place is by far the best to work as a student because the manager is extremely flexible with your schedule and super nice. The facility is kept exceptionally clean and I have no complaints about working here.

Had the black cherry. Always a favorite at Rita's. Little chicks of cherry mixed into the sugary sensation. I also like the lemon.

The servers here are always nice, and fast. I love this drive-up ice cream shop! The custard is DELICIOUS. Swirl with chocolate sprinkles in a cone is my favorite. Second favorite is the mango gelati with swirl ice cream. Mmmmm

The kids managing the windows generally does not provide any organization suggestions for the crowd such as form 1 line for 3 windows or form 3 lines. They just wait to take the order.🙄

The kids that work there mess up your order from time to time but they politely fix your order with no problem.

Corrin is an amazing service member. I enjoyed the swedish fish and gelati.

Accommodations aren't great - parking lot is too small, it's nearly always crowded - but the servers and the product are terrific. My favorite is the strawberry ice (when the have it!) with vanilla custard gelati. I steer towards the traditional flavors, but there is something to please everyone. It's not summer without a visit...or five.

People here are always so friendly! Always make my visit worth it. :)

Even with a large line the workers were efficient and calm. Lots of flavor options though this has a tiny parking lot.

Don't care for over priced icecream. Too many flavours that is annoying! Keep it simple! I don't care for ice cream that much, but if I want an ice cream ,I will b ok with something else besides the stuff they sell here.

I'm a fan of Rita's. Thier water ice is very tasty and has good authentic flavors compared to other brands I have had. I love the Gilate, it's the perfect blend of sweat and custard. The parking at this location is challenging sometimes but is worth it for the tasty treat.
